Marinated in a mixture of light beer, pineapple juice, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and olive oil, these salmon fillets are infused with deliciousness. - In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, whisk jalapeño pepper, beer, juice, cilantro, oil and crushed red pepper; add salmon and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, turning once.
- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle salmon with salt and black pepper and place on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once.
