- Preheat oven to 375°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Cook sausage as label directs. Makes 8 sausage links.
- Unroll crescent roll dough; separate dough at perforations into triangles. Top crescent dough triangles with cheese and place sausages on widest ends of triangles; tightly roll up crescent rolls around cheese and sausages and place, seam side down, on prepared pan. Brush roll-ups with butter; sprinkle with garlic and poppy seeds. Bake roll-ups 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 8 roll-ups.
