- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In food processor, pulse ½ cup oats until fine crumbs form. Makes about ½ cup.
- In large bowl, toss strawberries, peaches, 2 tablespoons each granulated sugar and brown sugar, vinegar and 2 tablespoons oat flour; transfer to 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
- In food processor, pulse butter and remaining 6 tablespoons oat flour until pea-size pieces remain; transfer to medium bowl. Stir in nuts, salt, and remaining ½ cup oats and ¼ cup each granulated sugar and brown sugar; spread over peach mixture. Cover skillet with aluminum foil and place on hot grill rack; cover and cook 12 minutes or until edges are bubbly and topping is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes about 5 cups.
