- On a skillet over medium high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Then drain on a paper towel; set aside.
- Lightly toast the bread until golden brown
- Spread orange marmalade on each slice of bread until well-coated.
- Place two leaves of endive, followed by an even amount of blue cheese crumbles on each slice.
- Layer one slice of Prime Fresh ham and turkey on each slice of bread.
- Add two pieces of cooked bacon on both slices.
- Place two more slices of ham and turkey on top of each slice of bread
- Add arugula as desired.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
